Shipping & Returns

Shipping Rates & Policies:

We offer UPS shipping on all orders in the USA. GROUND SHIPPING is only good in Continental United States and does not include shipments to Alaska and Hawaii. Most orders are processed and shipped within 24 hours pending credit card verification. Please allow 5-7 working days for UPS Ground Shipping. For international shipments, we do not charge, nor do we assume responsibility for taxes, duty or brokerage fees. All additional fees charged by UPS international, customs, brokerages, etc. are to be paid by the customer.

Holiday Shipping:

Orders placed after Dec 18th (unless shipping is expedited) will not arrive in time for Christmas. Should an item be delayed, you will be notified immediately following your order, by e-mail, or by a return phone call of the expected shipping date. We suggest you order early to avoid possible delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. We do not refund shipping costs. Sorry no returns on embroidered, personalized, used or discontinued items.

No Hassle Return Policy: 

We understand that it may be hard to shop for some of our products online without the ability to touch and see the products first hand. This is why we have a no hassle 15 day return policy. If you are not happy with your order, you can return it within 15 days for a full refund on the product total. We do not refund shipping costs. Shipping to P.O Boxes:

P.O box orders must be shipped via US postal service. The order must be shipped to a physical address or PO box matching the billing address on the credit card used.

What is the CVV2 Number?

CVV2 is an important security feature for credit card transactions on the Internet and over the phone. "CVV" stands for "Card Verification Value" and it is the three- or four-digit number printed in the signature space on the back of most credit cards and on the front of American Express card. Some newer credit cards only show the last four digits of the credit card number on the back, followed by the CVV2 number.

The CVV2 number enhances fraud protection and helps to validate two things: 1) The customer has the credit card in their possession. 2) The credit card number is legitimate.
